We use a content management platform called DISCO which is where you’ll need to upload all your assets. Be sure to upload everything together in a single delivery, as individual uncompressed files. No zips!

Audio

All audio files need to be full-resolution WAV files. If your music contains vocals, please include instrumental mixes mastered to the same levels as the vocal versions. If your lyrics contain profanity, we’ll also need mastered clean mixes.

If you need to go back and create these alternate mixes, please go ahead and upload the original vocal versions and let us know when you expect to have the new mixes ready. You can deliver them whenever they’re ready.

Cover Art

Cover art will need to be included for each single or album release. Any standard image format is acceptable, just be sure the resolution is at least 500×500 pixels.

Lyrics

If your music contains vocals, we’ll need the lyrics for all songs submitted compiled into a single Word file with song titles identifying each song. Please do your best to follow these formatting guidelines.
