Certainly So – “Miss America”

They say all that glitters is not gold, and in Certainly So’s latest single, “Miss America” that phrase couldn’t be more true. Behind this upbeat and energetic indie rock melody are lyrics that ironically reference life’s hardships. Life is Miss America with bags beneath her eyes, staring through the window, saying, do I look alright? Although still fairly young, Colby Wilson and Tanner Gray’s thoughtful songwriting and production chops are far beyond their years. For fans of catchy indie rock bands like Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend and Kings of Leon, the inevitability of future syncs is certainly so!

Known for their flawless harmonies, Indie folk powerhouse trio JEMS is releasing their sophomore album ‘Back Around’.
