The Rookie on ABC
The series follows John Nolan, portrayed by Nathan Fillion, a 45-year-old man who becomes the oldest rookie in the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) after a life-altering incident inspires him to pursue his dream of becoming a police officer. This season, two new rookies join LAPD. The team faces the task of apprehending two dangerous escapees, adding intensity and urgency to their duties.
