The latest EP by British-American trio Raynes, entitled ‘Bloom,’ is a self described Chamber Pop record constructed around sophisticated string arrangements. Designed to evolve track by track, the seven-song cycle slowly expands into a lush, orchestral crescendo and mirrors the gradual awakening of spring. As a concept inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement for both its visual and thematic palette, ‘Bloom’ explores renewal, intimacy, and quiet transformation through floral metaphors and everyday moments. The closing track, “Say That You Want It,” brings the listener to atmospheric heights in cinematic style, swelling into a full-blown symphony that makes heartbreak sound almost triumphant.
