Nothing makes your heart skip a beat more than a K. Roosevelt track. His new EP ‘Kiss Me When You Miss Me’ does just that as the five-track project features his signature R&B style full of airy synths, guitar solos and lush vocals. The opening song “Dance” radiates with sultry vocals and a chill bounce that will get you moving on the dance floor. With subtle reggae vibes on “Only In The Moonlight” and a touch of vintage 80’s R&B on “Out of Sight”, all drenched in K’s unique production style, this record is worth putting on permanent repeat.

K. Roosevelt has been making waves in the L.A. R&B scene for more than a decade while collaborating with renowned artists such as Jhené Aiko, The Game, Mahalia, YG, Hit-Boy and Rapsody. The son and namesake of the acclaimed blues artist Keb’ Mo’, he was born with music in his soul. Starting out as a drummer, he quickly evolved into a high demand R&B multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer. He’s also a favorite among Hollywood music supervisors; with a recent placement in HBO’s hit spinoff series ‘‘And Just Like That…’ and two songs in ‘Everything’s Trash’ on Freeform. With the release of this brilliant new EP, we expect more to come!
