No Suits – “Tall Man”

Known for their effortless swag, the latest single by L.A. trio No Suits takes on a different feel with a laid back house beat. Drawing inspiration from artists like Jamiroquai & Toro Y Moi, “Tall Man” features punchy horns, an immaculately funky drum beat and frontman Max Carstens-Pierro’s signature laid back flow. Since forming in 2016, No Suits have steadily developed their diverse sound through experimentation and collaboration with fellow up-and-comers Kota the Friend, DLG., Abhi The Nomad and Danny Dwyer. Striking a delicate balance between unadulterated confidence and cheeky self-depreciation, the band often adopts a sexy swagger while never taking themselves too seriously. Jona Ferreira – ‘Te Amo Tanto Que Te Odio’

In Jona Ferreira’s new EP release ‘Te Amo Tanto Que Te Odio’, he focuses on the dichotomy of love and hate, as the literal translation of its name in English is “I Love You So Much, I Hate You”. As two sides of the same coin, “Levy” is all about passion and intimacy and “Ruleta” deals with themes of hate, jealousy, and anger. Boston-born Dominican artist Jona Ferreira was inspired at a young age by a blend of genres including Bachata, Dancehall, Hip-Hop/R&B, Reggaeton, and Salsa. These various styles of music helped shape and establish himself as an artist with a global romantic sound.
