Jack M. Senff’s new album ‘Feeling & Devotion0n’ is a tranquil dive into the art of understated emotion, an album that drifts through your senses like a gentle summer breeze—warm, reflective, and subtly powerful. Exploring the origins and our past and present selves, this collection of work serves as a new direction for Jack and his band The Heartland Mission. The Northern Michigan singer-songwriter has developed a unique sound that perfectly blends old folk rock, country-western and 90’s adult alternative. A founding member of midwest screamo bands like Merchant Ships, William Bonney, Knola, Midwest Pen Pals, North Folk and Boy Rex, Jack’s solo work is quite a departure from this sound and has a more mellow acoustic singer-songwriter vibe. With three solo albums under his belt via the Skeletal Lightning Records family, Jack’s talent for writing honest and endearing lyrics shines through.
