Kiddo A.I. – “Like That”

Amanda Ibanez, better known as Kiddo A.I., was raised in a family of gifted musicians and was completely aware of her destiny from a young age. Not just a talented singer and topliner, she’s also a multi-instrumentalist and a fluent Spanish speaker. She’s what you might call fuego femenino. Katie Toupin – “Don’t Wanna Die”

After the massive success of her former band Houndmouth, singer-songwriter Katie Toupin’s solo career is on the rise. As a member of Houndmouth, Katie co-wrote and sang on their hit song “Sedona”, which among others was featured on both “Grey’s Anatomy” and “This Is Us” and has received over 110 million streams on Spotify alone. At two and half years sober, Katie wrote her new single “Don’t Wanna Die” about the last night she went out partying. Deciding to choose living life to the fullest over a miserable pattern of reckless abandonment, this song stands for her choice to party sober from that day forward. The single was engineered and mixed by Jeremy Ferguson, who received a Grammy this year for his work on Cage The Elephant’s album “Social Cues”.

Miami-based Pop/R&B artist PXTN describes his new single “Take It” as being inspired by his thoughts about selfishness. “The world needs to be selfless and give more. PXTN’s single “Take It” is featured in Season 3 of Netflix’s “On My Block” out March 11. About PXTN Paxton Ingram’s career began with the Miami singer successfully competing on season 10 of NBC’s “The Voice”. Ingram gained national recognition for his performance of “Break Every Chain”, which reached #1 on the Billboard Chart and #1 on iTunes. Following a Top 8 finish, the 22-year old self-released his debut EP Recover in the Summer of 2016. Brooklyn-based producer BAILE creates texturally rich electronic music inspired by house music, but with a warm, intimate sound rarely found in the genre. The title track on his new EP entitled Winte puts synths in the foreground with minimal vocal textures and oscillating, grungy bass layered underneath. “Leave Me” featuring Kauf is a breathtaking standout, with a soulful indie folk/electronic hybrid aesthetic reminiscent of Bon Iver. Laveda – “Ghost”

What began as a singer-songwriter bedroom recording project in Albany, NY by Ali Genevich and Jake Brooks has now evolved into a full fledged Dream Pop experience known as Laveda. The first single off their upcoming debut LP What Happens After, out next month on Color Station, is simply entitled “Ghost”. This track opened the door to the heavier indie rock/shoegaze guitar sound that they worked so hard to harness throughout the rest of the record. After a scratchy lo-fi acoustic guitar intro with inaudible vocals, the song explodes with a tsunami of glittering delayed guitars and massive drums. It’s worth the wait.
